Grizzly Vacation Rentals is the new innovative vacation rental and property management agency in Big Bear Lake. Ten years of experience in the vacation rental industry have given us the knowledge to turn second homes into successful vacation rentals.
Our goal is to transform homes into money-making assets; while at the same time maintaining a high standard of customer service and property care. We work closely with our homeowners to ensure their home is well maintained, safe and compliant with all the local ordinances. Our homeowners enjoy having an experienced team of professionals looking after their home and their interest while they’re away. We offer the full range of services for vacation rentals: marketing, cleaning, tenant costumer service, troubleshooting, on-call emergency assistance, secure check-ins and more. We also offer our assistance to homeowners in the form of referrals, work order management, damage fixtures and random issues that might arise.
